This is a picture of a Cyclops (which is a thing with only one eye and that eye is usually shown as being in the middle of its forehead). The Cyclops is standing on a hill thinking to himself that he'd like to eat the houses he can see and hear all the people inside screaming as he bites into their legs. The moon is shining and there are stars in the sky. That's why it say it is a moonlit night.
